Everything was well-maintained, including very pleasant stuff who canceled my reservation. The breakfast with sauce delicious. Absolutely perfect and good location - within walking distance of everywhere I needed. Also, this hotel was located 1 mile away 

This is a well-maintained and quiet hotel with exceptionally kind staff who canceled my reservation. The rooms are impressive and nicely decorated with pull out bed and sofa, for example. The coffee bar is good.  

The hotel offers a nice size rooms with sofa and a good size bathroom, as for instance.

My room was neat & tastefully decorated with sofa and pull out bed in sofa, as example. The location of the property was marvellous, in the middle of jackson.

My bed was not comfortable, unfortunately.

The hotel was quiet and ideal with very very nice personnel who canceled my reservation. The coffee bar was nice, greatly enjoyed this place.

Spotless room, impressive with sofa and sitting area. Perfect location to Texan Theater.

Beds were a little hard.

This hotel offers neat and nicely decorated rooms with instant hot water, pull out bed in sofa and sofa. We stay there regularly and would come here again, everything was wonderful.

This is a hotel go-to for Cleveland! The property is fairly clean and upgraded. It has welcoming and pleasant employees who canceled my reservation. My must haves' are a neat, brand-new room with pull out bed, sofa.  

Location: the hotel was not far from dining options, and Walmart & restaurants with a 5 minutes radius.
